Hello Mark and Fred, here is a video of what my buddy Chuck on his KTM 990 Adventure and Papa Chuy on his BMW F650GS Twin rode today. 85 miles of dirt and 125 miles of pavement for me! I will post a Ride Report at Southwest Section with still photos and Chuck's GOPRO video on Friday.^^^ Hey Don, nice looking gravel road. That's why they are called weenies!
That looks like a great road to ride fast on (edit - not on the FJR).

I agree. That's a tough place to commute. Damn, what a change from yesterday! Forecast just kept getting worse. Went from a max of 6" here in Delaware to a max of a foot. They don't know.58 today, 29 Tuesday with 4-6" snow. N. VA and DC will be in a panic.
Put a new battery in the front wheel drive car so the wife can get home when they close at noon. ( Damn Intrepid, had to take the front wheel off)
T-Bird gets a little loose in the rear.

Judging from the Canucks I've ridden with they don't have enough blood in their alcohol system to be affected by the cold. The Canucks don't mind it as much 'cause they measure temps on that Celsius scale thingee, so they're almost always below zero!

Otherwise, it might get downright confusing and we might misspeak at one of the events...
