This Yamaha is starting to feel good, just installed higher bars with two inch risers. Finally my high performance package, ECU and FMF pipe is on the way along with a silencer, cause it's supposed to be a little loud without it. Received my set of front & rear sprockets, but will wait to see how the ECU and pipe changes things before messing with the gearing. Now that it is getting broke in, it wants to get away from me, the hesitation is going away with power coming on immediately wanting to pull the front end up.

Moab is going to be the ride of the year. Utah is such a great destination for awesome off-road stuff.

Big-D is so FECKED, we will be peeling him off of those red rocks of Moab with a surgical sponge! jes' sayin' and nuff' said!

You know.... I think I will leave mine pretty much stock... I did that with the FJR when I first got it. Then slowly put farkles on, That worked for me!

I am just going to put new shoes on her and some heavy duty tubes and fly like that. Well, other than the other stuff I done.

Yo Steve-O, if a moto is made anywhere the workers assembling it "Spreche Deutsch" it is "Kraut Krap". I don't care a damn if it is Deutschland, Sudetenland, Alsace-Lorraine, Switzerland, Austria or Tyrolia: If it was made in any of those countries it is "Kraut Krap"!

Your KTM is definitely "Kraut Krap", just like any of my BMW's are also "Kraut Krap"! Deutschland uber Alles, Schatzie! Es sehr gut!

Please observe Exhibit 'A':

If Patch goes anywhere near 'Jackson's Trail' I'm gonna punch him right in the face! **** that noise!!

He had us on some technical stuff yesterday. It was challenging and a little scary at times, but not like that. We had a blast, and both of us ate **** more than once. I went over the dammed bars in some tight assed ravine, and he lost his rear wheel gunning it out of a tight banked turn.

All in all, a great day. Haha...

For those of us that are non-Luddites I came across a free download of a Garmin map that contains most of the Moab trail system .....

Moab Trail Map

BeemerDons need not respond to this post since he will have no concept of what is contained in this post.

So what is wrong with Jackson's Trail. The impact will not kill you because you will have a heart attack long before you hit the bottom.

Hola Guillermo, the video of Jackson's Trail scared the Metamucil right out of Tucson Joe and Papa Chuy.

Jose and BeemerDonS are only going on the girly man and easy-peasy trails, just like dcarver would ride!

https://www.cycletrader.com/listing/2013-Husqvarna-TR-650-TERRA-106545070 My Fellow FJR Dirt Donks, what do you guys think of the new Husqvarna TR650 Terra? I am riding down to Tucson on Thursday to check this one out and take it for a test ride. I would not get rid of "Salma Hayek" BMW F650GS Twin ("Miss Piggy" as yamafitter calls her!), but I would just add the TR650 Terra to the Stanley Stable!
