'Back in the day' it seemed like all the fun girls had a nice 'baloney scar' on their calf.Anybody else remember when the oval burn scars on our legs identified us all as riders, way back then?
I think he was just a Troll from the beginning.
I have 2 regular pillions who seem to have a hard time keeping their sneakers off my cans and covering them in roasted boot rubber. They've gotten slightly better about it since I've started making THEM polish it clean again, but it's a recurring issue.Hold on Babalooie! The pipes on my Gen3 have been extremely kind to my riding pants and the soles of my boots.
As the rider of a stock seat, I occasionally brush various bits of clothing against the pipes while squirming around seeking a comfortable sitting position after 6 hours aboard. ("Finding a new part of my ass to take the bruising.") At no time has this casual contact damaged pant leg or boot sole, even the "naked" pipe on the rider's left.
Sorry, but can't see this as a Gen3 issue.
Paging Mr. curnseye! Can you elaborate?
We like to be predictable.... Without more to go on this thread is likely to degenerate into burn doctoring and discussions of heroic burn marks from motorcycles of days past.
Edit: I see mcatrophy and I cross posted. It has started......
