Cold i can do, but i am not interested in another rain ride like that last 3 ..........
Will decide on Monday.

Bring the Audi. My company will be downgrading from our Lexus LS460's next year. i wouldn't mind comparing them
Downgrading????????

R
I thought the same thing when I read that! I dated a lady named Donna last year that had the Lexus LS460, and while it was nice, I think R's Audi is much better!

Hmm... All this talk about snow has me questioning my 2 wheeled adventure. Maybe i should bring the Jeep and we can play in the snow?
Adam, bring your Jeep! I was on the phone with Greg "SkooterG" Marbach and Brian "bbolesazgs" Boles last night; you met Brian at Joe's Barbecue in Wikieup at the Los Robustos Meet and Eat. There is a good chance that our ladies will ride up Friday in my Jeep Liberty Diesel SUV. If you brought your Jeep, they would follow you through Titus Canyon in my Jeep. Jane, Melanie and Rena will make their decision on Wednesday: Whether they're riding or driving!

POSTSCRIPT: GalaxyBlue, do you have room in your Jeep for Fairlaner? Everbody knows that just like WheatonFJR-Mark says, Richard will melt if he rides in the rain!

OK a poor choice of wording on my part, but that's why I'm a chauffeur and not a writer. What I meant to say is that the company can no longer afford the top range Lexus so we are looking at cheaper alternatives.

For me, in my job, the Lexus is a better car. The last time I drove a A8, some years ago I'll admit and a previous model, I had to open the sunroof to be able to fit in and driving was not a pleasant experience. Over the next few months I'll be trying out several cars including the A8 and the VW Phaeton.

We Irish just love to see the Brits quarrel among themselves, it's like a 2nd Christmas! "cheaper alternative", "driving not pleasant"; take that Richard, you ******!

Adam, forget your jeep and bring Bustanut's sheep. If we get caught in 4 feet of snow we'll become the Donner Party! Lamb Chops sound better than the alternative! We can turn the trunk of the Audi into a BBQ pit and cook up some skooter jerky!

Dios Mio, we sure as hell had better hope that we don't run out of food around johnny80's. Remember, we watched him eat a full breakfast on the top of Mount Charleston outside of Las Vegas (after he had a fast food breakfast at The Casino), we then watched him eat a full lunch at Mr. Dz's Diner in Kingman, AZ three hours later and then just an hour and a half later he ate the largest order on the menu at Joe's Barbecue in Wikieup; then he ate a full dinner with dessert in Scottsdale, Arizona. If you are in a situation with johnny80's where there is no food, just cut your own arm off and offer it up to him; it just may save your life! I think our man, johnny80s, is related to Alfred Packer! https://www.littletongov.org/history/biographies/packer.asp

Senor Eddy: Mark, that's what I'm also seeing weather wise for our Death Valley Ride Day of Saturday, the 23rd. It's just going to be a wet and wild ride on Friday, the 22nd. I'm advising the NorCal crowd who have to conquer snowy mountain passes, to consider trailering. Or ride to LA and then ride over to Las Vegas with Fairlaner on Thursday; 15 and 95 will be clear! It looks like Sunday, 1/24, will be clear and open roads for departing Death Valley. Can't trust freaking weathermen!

making my decision monday.
Hi Bill, mi Amigo! If you don't bring your bike, come on over in your Mustang! There is nothing spectacular about the road from LA to Vegas; it only gets interesting from 95 going west into Death Valley National Park. I encourage everybody to come for the Party and Scenery; doesn't matter if a person arrives on 2 or 4 wheels!

And johnny80s, besides Fairlaner being pre-marinated in Southern Comfort and Coca-Cola; there will also be a strong taste of fish and chips, with extra malt vinegar!

Don, You crack me up!

Of course, If i do decide to drive, I have a 4 door Wrangler for the panzy assed riders like myself.

I just checked Accuweather and it says that we should be good to go..........

Those weather guys are clueless.

R

Rain?

Snow?

WTF

Kind of panzy group did I join? :shok:

4 wheeled vehicles???

Is this a group of girls?

Do I need to get my hair and nails done for this gig?

Screw that!!!

I once hit a snow storm on the Continental Divide and had to cut trail through 8 inches of fresh snow.

I'm wearing shorts and keeping warm by pouring HOT McDonald's coffee on my balls.

:)

I'm riding rain or shine. Got the knobbies put on the scooter today. That would be the 1200GS, not the FJR ( that just wouldn't look right...). I hope to do Titus canyon and the racetrack. So I hope a bunch of women do take the jeep while their guys on FJRs are off on the pavment... :dribble:

Hey Bust, can I borrow one of your sheep? I might need something soft to lay on! :assassin:

Well you should fit in real good *******......
R

Richard,

Afterall, This IS a motorcycle event, And you and I are potentially pussing out by driving!

Oh, And Gregg is an *******. :****:
And it is Saturday night and i have had a drink or 3.........

hopefully the weather will co-operate...
