    Japan themed FJR

I think it looks cool. Wouldn't want it as my own though... Different strokes you know. :agent:

    Anyone using Muzzy's cans

The picture with the 2 muzzy cans is their dual slip on system. The full system is a single can system. :agent:

    Sliders

I got mine from AF1Racing. Good product with no problems to install. I hope to never test them. :agent:

    FJR Goodies - Avons

I put the Avons on my 05 about 2000 miles ago. I never did notice the weaving that some others reported. So far nothing but good things to say about the Avons. :agent:

How fast is this bike anyway?

I had my 05 up to an indicated 135mph. Could have gone faster but decided that was fast enough. Rock solid though at the higher speeds. :agent:

    Radiator Cover Guard

Go with the Cox. I got the black one for my 05. Easy install and now I don't have to think about it. :agent:

    Not your standard Heli question

I added the Heli's to my 05 and they helped improve the comfort level. However, the angle of the bars was still wrong for me. I put on a set of Motorcyle Larrys 6 degree risers and the are a big improvement. I just finished a 2500mi trip with the MC Larry risers and WOW. The heli's helped...

Covering Your FJR At Work, School, Etc...

I have a DOWCO cover but I only use it at work or on overnight trips. In the garage at home I use an old sheet to keep the dust off it. :agent:

    Shoei RF-1000

Also take into consideration that once your new helmet gets broken in, it won't fit as tight. I have a size Large RF1000 that was real tight when I bought it but is loose after a year of use as the padding compresses . I agree with Thug, go find one somewhere and try it on before buying...

    Da Fenda Extenda

Go with the ABS cement per the Warchild article on FJRTECH. I did it with no problems and it is working great with over 5000mi. :agent:

    Large Windscreen Issues

I don't seem to have much of a problem with my CB +4+3. It is not rock steady but I wouldn't classify it as bounce. Maybe it is something I have to look forward to. Until then, I like mine with no complaints. :agent:

    New Avon

Just ordered a new set of Avons. Should be here next week. Looking forward to the improvement in handling. The stock metz's are showing there age with erratic handling. BTW, tires were $229 out the door at SW moto tires. :agent:

    Sales Of FJR

Great reply XLR8. I couldn't agree more. Several of my bike riding friends would never go riding unless conditions are perfect. Also, short rides for them are the norm. The FJR is ment to be ridden, long and hard. BTW, I managed to sit on the 04 model at a bike show when it came to...
